  • Google Classroom for students who attend from home.

Eligibility

  • Complete 8th grade

Required Documents

  • Southwest Leadership Academy Enrollment Packet (birth certificate, immunization record, proof of address, transcript and withdrawal form from previous school)

  • Does your organization provide funding for required documentation (birth certificates, state ID or driver's license, etc.)?

    • Birth Certificates, State ID and Food handler cards

  • Do they need to be found eligible for your program before you can provide funding for documentation?

    • No
