We support students who are experiencing housing instability with Case management, Housing assistance and referrals, Educational resources including class fees, elective or club fees, computers, Wi-Fi access, and other educational expenses, School supplies, Hygiene products, Basic clothing, Employment resources, Vital documents: birth certificate, I.D. card, Health insurance enrollment, Medical co-pays and prescriptions, Post-graduation assistance with FAFSA, college application fees, etc.
Eligibility
Youth ages 14 through 22 who are experiencing housing instability and are actively engaged in obtaining a high school diploma or GED.
Required Documents
Intake forms including Student Participation Agreement, HMIS Authorization.

We provide funding for birth certificates, state ID or driver's license, etc.

What will your organization need and ask from a youth in order to receive funding for required documentation?
This is determined between the youth coach and the student. The youth coach utilizes other resources such as the homeless id project to assist student with obtaining appropriate documents. Length of time to obtain documents is case by case and sometimes can be more the 3 days. Youth Coaches can go with student to the Motor Vehicles Department and provided assistance that same day for the youth to receive a state ID or driver's license.

Yes
What will your organization need and ask from a youth in order to receive transportation assistance?
This is determined between the youth coach and the student. The youth coach and student collaborate when, where and if needed school liaison receives the bus pass from the youth coach. The youth coach can deliver the bus pass to the student within 3 days if not sooner to the student.
