NorthBridge guides students with learning disabilities to succeed. Their mission is to provide support, resources, and guidance to students with learning differences as they transition to, persist, and succeed in their educational and vocational endeavors.

Comprehensive support system for college and trade school students focused on both academic success and personal development implementing the following areas:
Weekly 1:1 sessions that address the following:
Academic support/tutoring in college courses
Executive functioning coaching
Includes time management, self advocacy, organization, communication
with professors, planning ahead, coping strategies, etc.Monthly coordinated social events
Weekly grade updates sent to both students and parents
Complete degree planning (course recommendations, instructor reviews, etc.)
Monthly workshops
High School Success Program
Comprehensive support system for highschool students grades 9-12 focused on both academic success and personal development implementing the following areas:
Weekly 1:1 sessions that address the following:
Academic support/tutoring in high school courses
Executive functioning coaching
Includes time management, self advocacy, organization, communication
with teachers, planning ahead, coping strategies, etc.Monthly coordinated social events
Weekly grade updates sent to both students and parents

Test Prep
Customizable ACT/SAT/GED test-prep program. Students receive assessment specific strategies along with a content refresher, allowing students to accurately demonstrate their academic proficiency.

Mathematical Reasoning
Reasoning Through Language Arts
Social Studies
Science
Writing
Career Prep
Individualized job coaching to students in their field of choice. We assist them with career readiness, including the following skills:
Creating and updating resumes and cover letters
Searching for appropriate job opportunities
Applying for jobs online through various portals
Creating and updating Linked-In profiles
Contacting current and/or former professors as references for job applications.
Mock Interviews
Prepared interview questions
We assist and encourage students to research and apply for volunteer opportunities in a field in
which they are interested. This is a safe, low-stress way to gain experience in a specified field, as well as learn more about the career they want to pursue.
Eligibility
Attend sessions on-time and attend any school, institution, or vocational program.
