Arizona Community Foundation Scholarships
The Arizona Community Foundation is Arizona’s largest private provider of college scholarships. Their online system contains more than 100 scholarship opportunities for high school seniors and college students. The application opens up in January with most awards given by May of each year.

College Depot
College Depot is a free, full-service college access center located at the Burton Barr Central Library in Phoenix, Arizona. College Depot is a program of the Phoenix Public Library. Their team of college planning advisors and assistants offer one-on-one appointments and workshops regarding admissions, financial aid, and scholarships.

Every woman has the potential to move ahead, but sometimes she needs extra encouragement and financial support for continuing education. The Arizona Business and Professional Women's Foundation was established in 1989 to further advance Arizona's working women through research, education, and scholarships.

Arizona Foster Youth Award (Tuition Waiver)
The Arizona Foster Youth Award program uses a combination of federal grants and scholarships, and university aid to cover the full amount of Arizona resident undergraduate tuition and fees for eligible current and former foster youth.

Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation
Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation (AFFCF) primary criteria is that the student-applicant was a ward of the State of Arizona when they turned 18 years of age, that is it, the student was not adopted, awarded permanent guardianship or reunited with his/her biological parents prior to aging out of the Department of Child Safety’s (DCS) care. Prospective students who signed a voluntary with DCS past their 18th birthday are also eligible.

Arizona Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program
The Arizona Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program provides up to $5,000 a year for qualified school-related expenses for eligible current and former foster youth. Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Chicanos Por La Causa
This program provides financial assistance and ongoing supportive services to outstanding Latino students attending Arizona colleges and universities. CPLC Scholars have a demonstrated commitment to making positive changes to their communities and their selected fields of study. The program is especially dedicated to serving those students with limited access to financial resources, such as Dreamers who qualify for DACA status.

Davis-Putter Scholarship Fund
The Davis-Putter Scholarship Fund provides grants to students actively working for peace and justice. These need-based scholarships are awarded to those able to do academic work at the university level and who are part of the progressive movement on the campus and in the community.

Fresh Start Women’s Foundation
The E. Jean Goulet Scholarship fund was established by Barbara Anderson, a valued friend and supporter of Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, to help women attain their professional goals. Fresh Start is pleased to carry on the spirit of E. Jean Goulet, Ms. Anderson’s mother by offering scholarship opportunities to deserving women, currently utilizing Fresh Start services. We have two different scholarship opportunities at Fresh Start.
There are two available options through this scholarship fund:
· E. Jean Goulet Career Scholarship: Funds can be used for a variety of opportunities including DPS fingerprint clearance cards, continuing education units, GED test, career and vocational certifications, etc. Funds may only cover the cost of tuition and/or program expenses up to $350. Applications are due by the 15th of each month, you can obtain the link to the application from the Education Program Coordinator.
*Must complete Jump Start or Kick Start and be at Thrive Level.
· E. Jean Goulet Upward Mobility Scholarship: For women currently enrolled in the Upward Mobility Program, the scholarship will support clients who have a financial need and provides opportunities for clients to advance in their careers through vocational and certificate programs that will allow them to earn a self-sufficient wage.
*Must be enrolled in Upward Mobility, information sessions for Upward Mobility are ongoing – register online today.
The scholarship award can be used for approved vocational programs, job training costs and certification, and many other job-related programs. Funds may only be used to cover the cost of tuition and/or program expenses.

Nina Pulliam Legacy Scholars
The Nina Mason Pulliam Legacy Scholars program is administered through the Maricopa County Community Colleges District Foundation and Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions.
Available to individuals who meet at least one of the following criteria:
· Incoming freshmen ages 18-25 who have been raised through the child welfare system and have no form of financial support
· College-age youth and adults with physical disabilities
· Adults who have dependents in their family units

Winds Scholarship
Scholarship for Native Youth. Annual scholarships awarded: 3rd highest point ranking - $500.00. 2nd highest point ranking - $1,000 and 1st highest point ranking - $2,500.00. Awardees will be notified first week of August annually.
